Education: Northeastern University, BS Business Administration. Secondary focus on Communications. Northeastern is a five year, work/study educational program. This means Sharon was working in an internship program with various companies. The last of these internships was with a division of DuPont, working in the Human Resources department. Sharon was offered a full-time role when she graduated and never looked back!

Experience: With more than 20 years in the recruiting/talent acquisition field, Sharon has a breadth of experience. Starting with a Bay area retained search firm, specializing in senior level finance and accounting placement for technology companies, Sharon learned the basics of how to attract top level candidates. From there, she branched out both in terms of industry and function. Clients include biotech and pharma, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, financial services and the built world (architecture, engineering, construction). Positions staffed have ranged from Marketing, Operations, Scientist roles and Human Resources.

Sharon takes a consultative approach with clients, sharing her knowledge of the market and together creating a strategic recruiting plan to ensure the best hire is made.

Sharon is married with two adult children and an active dog. She enjoys travel, wine tasting, the company of good friends and working on garden projects.
