Lisa Locke, founder of , brings over twenty years of varied industry background, from administrative operations to sales and marketing.

Lisa's search background spans many industries, including technical (both hardware and software), industrial, construction, professional services, food and beverage and entertainment, as well as functionally from CEO through Vice President and Director. She specializes in adding talent to entrepreneurial, fast-growth organizations and strengthening their competitive advantage.

Lisa began her executive search career in a San Francisco boutique firm, as Operations Manager, where she managed all facets of the executive search process, as well as operations of the firm. Additionally, Lisa has tenure at Korn/Ferry Futurestep, the web-enabled, middle management arm of the world's largest retained international search firm.

Prior to executive search, Lisa was a Regional Sales Manager for a $900 million wholesale distributor of music and multimedia. Lisa's employment background includes financial and legal services, property appraisal in new construction, retail banking, retail sales management and marketing. Lisa holds Bachelors' degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from University of California at Santa Barbara and earned a Masters of Business Administration and Marketing degree from California State University at Sacramento.

Always eager to educate, Lisa is a faculty member, teaching undergraduate Marketing and Management classes at the University of Phoenix. She also volunteers as a tutor for the Jamestown Community Center in the Mission District of San Francisco. She is an active member of the following organizations: Bay Area Recruiters' Association (BARA www.sfbara.org ), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).

In his career John has been both a successful corporate Senior Level Executive and a highly regarded Executive Search Consultant .He has spent the last several years as a partner in a nationwide firm where he has successfully placed over 120 Executives. These individuals were for the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Technical and Chief Financial Officer. His industry experience has been in Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Advertising, Computers, Insurance Brokerages, Utilities and High Tech Companies.

He has more than 16 years as a corporate Human Resources Vice President. In the telecommunications industry he was Vice President of Human Resources for Sprint Communications. John also spent several years in the retail industry as Vice President of Human Resources for Walden Books and Robinsons-May Department Stores.

John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at Eastern Michigan University.
