POSITION PROFILE

POSITION TITLE: Landscape Designers (two positions open)

LOCATION:  San Francisco, CA 94118 (Clement St) FREE Street Parking

OUR CLIENT: Elizabeth Everdell Garden Design (EEGD)

Website: http://www.everdellgardendesign.com/

EEGD has been designing large and small custom residential gardens on the East and West Coasts since 1990.  More than 200 gardens, each in keeping with the architecture and tastes of the client, have been completed during those years.  Two time recipient of the Julia Morgan Award for Excellence in the classical tradition, and published in Architectural Digest, Veranda, HG, Garden Design, Milieu and more, Everdell Garden Design continues to grow.  For that reason, we are seeking two new Landscape Designers to join the team. Garden design project sizes range from $50k to over $1 Million.

Our Clement Street office is a bright, beautiful space, which surrounds a private courtyard garden. We are in a nice location  with great restaurants in the neighborhood.  A welcome alternative to the typical downtown design office.

Why work at EEGD?

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale City gardens, to seaside vacation homes, to grand hillside estates.

You will be exposed to the finest quality in construction detailing and materials.

You will be part of a team where each member participates in the design process, from master planning to fine tuning details.  Every project is a collaboration among all team members.

You will experience every phase of landscape design, from initial client meetings and land planning, to installation of plant material and ongoing maintenance.

You will be able to see the projects you work on completed—EEGD completes over 95% of projects that come into the office.

You will gain a deep knowledge of local plant material, and you will have the opportunity to layout plant material in the field during installation.

Between site visits, client meetings, and design charrettes in the office, you will be able to showcase your hand-drawing skills, in addition to CAD & 3D modeling.

These are both salaried, full time positions, with benefits.
